How should I care for my hand-stitched quilts and textiles?
To preserve the integrity of the hand-stitching, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States, typically arriving within 5-7 business days. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your products ethically produced?
Absolutely. Anchal Project is a non-profit social enterprise. Every purchase directly supports fair wages, health care, and educational programs for our artisan partners in India, empowering them through sustainable employment.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
We offer digital gift cards in various denominations. While we do not offer traditional gift wrapping at this time, each order is neatly packaged with a story card about the artisan who made your product, making it a meaningful gift.
